Fate’s Oddity Volume 5 is available for pre-order

With the release date getting close, I wanted to finally share that Fate’s Oddity Volume 5 is currently set to release on July 15th. There’s a chance it may arrive a little sooner, but that is the current planned date.

I’m finishing up the final chapters now, and I’m really looking forward to continuing the story for everyone who has been following Krimson, Celestia, and the rest of the cast this far.

Volume 5 pushes deeper into the next stage of the journey, with new political tensions, familiar faces, romance, consequences, and a few major developments I’m excited for readers to reach.

Thank you to everyone who has already pre-ordered, read, reviewed, or supported the series so far. I hope you enjoy where the story goes next.

Celestia from my series Fate’s Oddity — just a fun character promo sketch

I’ve been drawing and playing around with art for the cast, and I wanted to share this Celestia piece. The composition was inspired by a cute reference image I saw on YouTube, but I tried to make the design feel like her; elgant, playful, horny, and very much aware of the effect she has.

Not trying to spam the sub, just wanted to share some related character art I made.

Reader preference question

This is a very specific question, I know, but I’m asking seriously from a writer/reader perspective.

I’m still newer to the genre compared to a lot of people here, both as a reader and an author, so there are probably plenty of books, authors, and reader expectations I haven’t fully absorbed yet. Because of that, I’m curious how people here feel about certain sexual acts showing up in haremlit.

Specifically: how do readers feel about rimming?

I know how I feel about it in real life, but fiction is a different space, and I’m curious where people draw the line between “that’s hot,” “that’s too much,” “depends on the characters,” or “I’d rather not see it in this genre.”

Do you think it fits haremlit if handled naturally, or does it push the scene into a different vibe than most readers are looking for?

I’m just genuinely trying to understand reader taste and where the genre’s comfort zone tends to be.

Question?

I've noticed that people don't share the covers of their books or anything other than the link and maybe the synopsis.

Why is that? I figured if we add a picture it would get more attention than just, "hey guys check out my book."

For anyone who read Devil’s Nectar

Hey everyone, it’s been a little bit since I put out my last book, Devil’s Nectar: Afterfall. If you read it and enjoyed it, I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a good rating or review on Amazon.

I’m sorry that I have to ask like this, but the book has picked up some lower ratings recently, and I honestly don’t feel like they reflect what the book actually is. Not because everyone has to like it, because no book is for everybody, but because some of the reaction seems to come from people expecting something different from what was clearly advertised.

Devil’s Nectar: Afterfall is listed as a post-apocalyptic men’s fantasy novel. The synopsis says the world ended. The opening makes it clear this is a darker story about survival, trauma, violence, loss, and trying to find something worth living for after everything has already gone wrong.

So yes, it has romance. Yes, it has relationship-building. Yes, it is still men’s fantasy.

But it was never meant to be a soft, consequence-free wish fulfillment story where everything is handed to the main character right away. The book is about earning the light after the darkness, not skipping straight to the reward.

If that worked for you, if you liked Caleb, Cat, Roxy, the setting, the tone, or the direction the series is heading, a quick rating or review would help a lot.

Silent low ratings hit hard when a new book only has a small number of reviews, especially when they don’t give future readers much context. I don’t mind criticism when someone explains what didn’t work for them. That can actually be useful. But low ratings with no explanation don’t help me improve, and they don’t tell other readers whether the book might still be for them.

I’m proud of this book, and I’m not backing away from what it is. I just want it to reach the readers who actually want the kind of story it’s trying to tell.

Thanks to everyone who gave it a fair shot.

Well, this wasn’t planned.

Yesterday, I released my newest book, and now today I get to announce something else big:

Fate’s Oddity Volume 1 is officially available as an audiobook!

This is my first audiobook release, so it’s honestly a pretty surreal milestone for me. Hearing the story come to life through narration has been an incredible experience, and I’m really excited for people to finally be able to listen to Krimson and Celestia’s journey.

And even more good news, the audiobook is currently 70% off.

So if you’ve been curious about Fate’s Oddity, or you’ve been waiting for an audio version, now is a pretty good time to jump in.

Thanks again to everyone who’s supported the series so far. Every read, listen, review, and recommendation helps more than you know.

In celebration of Devil’s Nectar: Afterfall releasing today, here’s the uncensored cover as a little bonus.

Blurb:

The world ended when humanity reached for forbidden power.

It’s now called “Devil’s Nectar.”

An energy source with limitless potential. It tore civilization apart. Billions died. All that’s left is a brutal wasteland ruled by raiders and warlords.

Buried under tragedy on the day everything collapsed, Caleb woke years later with a body that refuses to die… and a heart that refuses to feel. He drifts through the ruins convinced he has nothing to live for.

Until she proves him wrong.

Catherine was once the girl he loved—and never stopped thinking about. She’s survived her own hell, but she still fights for something better. When she finds Caleb again, she doesn’t let him keep walking.

She drags him to Sanctuary, one of the last havens of civilization, where people still believe life can be more than fear.

And then there’s Roxy, her partner.

Flirtatious. Reckless. Hedonistic.

A chaos loving enforcer who treats danger like foreplay and temptation like a game. Needless to say, she’s going to give them both a hell of a time.

With Devil’s Nectar resurfacing and war closing in, Caleb faces a choice he never thought he’d have again:

Keep walking alone…

Or embrace the passion, loyalty, and dangerous love growing around him.

The end of the world was only the beginning.
