So I’m planning to work on the basement and the walls have this rough like, almost popcorn ceiling type of texture. When I tried shaving off the texture, I was quickly met with dry wall. Any suggestions on how to smoothen it quickly? Also, any suggestions (ie. insulation, tips and tricks are welcomed)!
