I'm freaking out. I'm coming up on my 1 year trading journey and just when I thought I gained traction such as building my 1 express account to 10k in 1 month with (mulitple payouts) I opened 4 more combines on July 21'st w/ DLL so I can achieve 6k payout for each account. I passed them all in 3 days and just when I thought I was on top of the world I went to the store and came back tried logging in and noticed my account was BANNED! I have never recieved any warnings.

I called support they stated i was in violation of section 3 because of charge backs? Not paying? I was so confused and may have thought it was because my old card on file but all transaction has gone through and paid and I gave them my new card info. They escalated the ticket to the "trust team". Got a reply this morning July 24 " I've reviewed your account and can confirm it was closed due to a violation of Section 3 of our Terms of Use, including not paying, or causing Topstep not to be paid, any fee that is due. This decision is final."

I called Chase making sure all transaction has gone through and completed downloading bank statements with completed transactions. Chase is also sending me a letter to support my claim. So I called support again and the gentleman heard my pain and saw I already been speaking to the "trust team" . He created another ticket and Im adding supporting documents to support my claim. Like do they want me to issue a charge back with Topstep? I will go after every transcation completed.

I will keep you guys updated on the situation I just want my accounts back.

Working on taking less trades, almost %50 less this week. Add the 1k stop loss bc if not I would have crashed out haha. I’m almost at 3k for the first time ever!

After a 3 year journey and only one previous payout, I am finally feeling calm with my trading. The plan is to take a payout sometime next week to fund 4 new combines.

I thought you guys said 5min for a payout with aero. I had all my risk approved and then the checks went away. This is ridiculous and I can’t get anyone to help me with this either. Anyone else see this before. Everything was checked and now it’s not anymore

I did aeropay, anyone have an idea how long it takes?

My funding and risk was approved on the 21st but when I check they aren’t anymore. Is this normal?

Got cooked today and Wednesday i was up 330 but lost all profits, one day ill have a 2k week!

Been in a slump this month and I’m so close to blowing my account. Can someone give me some advice or some rules to get me back in the groove thanks!

Welp, surprisingly not tilted due to following my strategy to a T and still up 1k for the week. Just unfortunate. Both trades got within 1.5 points to first profit target, and immediately got rejected. First rejection was only a small loss of $250. The 2nd loss volatility increased so fast it smashed through my stop loss which was set at $7450 and order filled at $7444. Disappointed, but still a green week and very rare for the big loss due to order not being filled.

Posted yesterday about switching from nq to mnq after my two losing days - today was another win of 432. Man I cant stress enough how better things have been for me since switching!! If you havent and u R struggling with sizing please try micros!!!

It’s constantly does this and was hoping if yall could look into it. After the refresh the VWAP will match TradingView but then revert back to a random price after a few mins.
