Anyone else annoyed by the bugs?

2 bugs specifically annoy the crap out of me and there’s nothing you can do.
Both have to deal with changing the chart so maybe thats where there’s a problem.

First, when you change the chart, the scale doesn’t automatically jump to where price is at unless you lock auto fit which causes it’s own headaches. For example if I am looking at gold priced at 4250 and I switch to Nq- you would think it shows the chart at 29,000, it doesn’t. It shows the 4250 price and you have to use auto or scroll all the way up.

Second, when you change the chart, the order box doesn’t also update as one would hope. You have to manually change the order box every time you change the chart and if you forget you end up placing an order on the previous chart. I’ve literally blown accounts because of this one. Looking at Nq, switch to mgc and decide to place a trade, it’s on Nq and goes the wrong direction before I can close out in the green.
Topstep, sometimes it feels like this bug is intentional so people mess up their trades and blow accounts and have to spend more. The first is just an inconvenience but the second is a real issue.

finally got my first payout!

I started learning how to trade this year in march and i've blown 10/50k combines.

My last account i moved to Micro NQ instead of rushing to pass in NQ and that's when i learned patience and discipline.

Don't give up if you haven't got your first payout yet! I'm still learning & staying disciplined so i don't blow this opportunity 😂

and im already up $1500 for today 😏

2nd LIVE PAYOUT!!

Grateful for yet another payout. This only my 2nd payout on my live account and maybe my 7th/8th ever live payout in my 5 years of using topstep, which isn't great but I hope to maintain this account for as long as I can. I must say that the transition from eval to live was kinda trash FOR ME. I was 2 days away from another max payout and I was moved to the live program. I believe that I’ll make all the money up but damn… missing that payout hurt my pockets lol. 

I’ve been trading like 💩 over the last 2 weeks even though price action has been to my liking. I had an issue where I was rushing my trades for no apparent reason other than maybe greed. I was not really losing but I’d end some trading days BE even though I should have easily been clearing $1000-$2500 per day. I had to have a long talk with myself and I had to realize that the path I was on would literally lead to me blowing up everything I’ve worked for as far as my prop firm accounts are concerned. 

I’m just happy to have overcome that period and have something to show for it. 

That was a wake up call for me. I had to lock in ASAP!

As far as strategy is concerned, nothing has changed for me. I still use bookmap to read orderflow and market orders. If you EVER end up using it, DO NOT use it as a signal thing, because you will be disappointed. Remember, institutional orders can change and you may have situations where an institution can change their position and this is where you can SOMETIMES see big reversals i,e last Tuesday with Gold and last Thursday with indices.

Best Combine ?

So i was asking the question to myself cause my practice 50k is sometimes okay sometimes bad.

But with my practice 150k, rarely i break it, and when i do, it's always cause i wanna try 10 contracts on open US, to have kinda fun with it. It's easy reset, so i try things like this.
Anyway when i'm serious, i never lose a 150k. I don't have all winnings trades, but way more and with more reward.

I was always going to the 50k tryout cause it's the cheapest and always thought, it should be the same on 50k as 150k.
But with time, i start to have doubt.

So for all of you, with which combine you are the most successful ?

Blew XFA before recieving payout. Fuckkkk!!

I blew my XFA before receiving a payout, I would have been able to get a payout the day after tomorrow.

But I wanted to make $400 for the day, I was already up $200.

I need money, I am a student and don't have much savings!!

Fuckkkk!! What a stupid idiot I am. I was trading 1 or 2 MNQs only, but then I had 2 losers in a row and I switched to NQ, entered with 1 NQ, then averaged with another, I lost the account as I blew the loss limit!!

Ughhhh!!

I am so fucking fed up with myself!! Utter shit behaviour. I got one payout a couple months ago, but I gave away all that payout money into fucking combines.

Every time it's the same thing, once I hit a couple losing trades, I want to make it back instantly, and like a fucking bozo I switch to NQ and lose it all.

What a fucking piece of shit idiot!!

Now if I buy one combine with daily loss limit, that'll be $85, which is currently tight for me, I can afford it, but it'll put me in a tight spot. And it'll be at least one month till I get a payout, that is if I do $400 a day.

I'm looking for part-time jobs as well, but haven't got anything so far!!

Fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, I am so disappointed!!

First payout ever incoming lggggg

First payout coming, leading into tomorrows NY session Im already at the 150 profit for payout, will be a baby 2000 max payout 😂 but something is better than nothing. Got a 150k xfa cooking profits and 1 combine halfway to passing and 2 others, 42000 max payout potential. will expand on profits tomorrow NY session on the 2 xfa profits. Will take payout Tuesday or Wednesday depening the soonest day I can request it

Payout Question

Would Topstep deny my payout if I just go for $150 flip days and take a payout on Friday? Ive received payouts with Topstep before but not with this method.. just happened to catch a banger today. The only reason I ask is because of the "Risk Approval", it looks like I just full ported to get the max lol.

4 confluences adding up

All time frames were long (4hr 1hr 15min 5min) here, 3 Algos went long & the CMI indicator curled up. Entered a long here on the MNQ and MES. MES TP was hit and I eventually exited this MNQ long at 29,700 for about 150 points! Caught this live on my stream. I knew the pump above the ORB was bound to happen.
