Payout issues ?
Has anyone else had payout issues recently ?
I requested a payout via wise last Thursday (1st Oct) it said funds were sent Friday (2nd Oct)
Nothing yet, wise can't trace it as there isn't enough info for them.
I asked support and didn't really get any answers, a team member via the in platform chat said they'd escalate it but said they won't see any further messages.
So I'm kind of at a loss and every avenue of topstep I speak with basically tries to stonewall me by giving me a canned answer.
The lack of clear answers from support is particularly concerning , it should have been 1-3 business days and I'm basically getting a scripted "can't help you, go away and wait some more, also not telling you how long to wait and you also can't contact us regarding it"
Has anyone else faced these issues ?
