Need guidance please: I have 3 yr gap after UG (Ca dropout), Now I have to choose between a tier 3 MBA vs 15k paying local job

I haven't attended any MBA placements, how it will be, do they outright reject gap year candidates?
The college I got seat in has 70 percent placement
Most jobs are relationship manager sales etc where I don't wanna end up in , I wish to work in roles like credit analyst or mgmt trainee
Do these roles care about gap
I have 2 small 3 mths internships
