Missacc- disaster bridal gown
I purchased the bridal romper in my custom size thinking it would be a better fit. (Their sizes don’t match up to most women measurements. )
What I thought I would be getting and what I got was totally different, left me disappointed, in tears and out of pocket $320, as it cannot be altered.
The seamstress said it was made very poorly, and has to be unpicked and remade to get it like the original picture at a cost of $400. There are no hems inside to take it in or to alter the length, darts are wrong/crooked, buttons and eyelets are backwards, the ties are too long as are the sleeves.
Missacc are only coming to the party with a refund of $75 stating this is them going above and beyond.
Missacc don’t do returns or refunds, once they have your money it’s a don’t care policy. Don’t buy from this company.
