You want to lose stubborn fat from around your middle? Take the Core Class. I've done every HITT class at Equinox and the spare tire never left until this class. The one catch is take only this class 3X a week. JD Martin and Lynsey are the absolute best instructors.
Has anyone else had this experience? It's seriously ridiculous how well it works. Also does anyone know the science behind it?
