How can I achieve my body goals??

Ive always been one into the k entertainment industry especially because of their focus on fitness and beauty- topic that interests me. In addition to this i have also started a journey, has both up and downs and now somewhere stuck , to become slimmer an effort towards reaching my dream body.
Im a F 72kg and at 159cm. My body itself i wouldn't say is fat my quite chubby however I feel bloated most of the time. Staying active is something I enjoy, participating in sports such as cross country and volleyball. Up untill recently I was also into working out at home, but stopped for some reasons 🙃.
One of my role models is Illits minju -talking about body goals, because her proportion are the clostest to what's i can describe to what i want. She looks toned and slim like she’s not just skinny, she actually looks really lean anr her arms are lowkey defined and her waist is so small.
So I hope if anyone could give me advice from or given by minju herself I would appreciate it
it just makes me wonder what her diet and workouts are like because while i understand the common use of crash diet, i am here to seek advise to achieve such proportion or physique, more like consistency and good habits. i’m not trying to compare in a bad way or anything, i’m just genuinely curious how idols maintain that kind of body because it looks so effortless!
Just wanted to let you all know to see if you could help in a way where ,although being "snatched" could be seen as unhealthy in some cases and unrealistic and while I know I could not look like them exactly, so then is there a way to atleast lower my weight and get rid of my bloating and fat percentage??? And like how are some people sooo already slim: may I know your tips or routine and diet please 🙏 🙃
