I moved in about a month ago from out of state and my new apartment is overridden with German roaches. I’ve had the landlord call pest control in about twice and gave it some time for treatment to work, but it really hasn’t made any difference. Via google I found out Texas has laws about roach infestations and health concerns. I just killed about 15-20 roaches after I got home from being out of town for a couple days. There are dozens of dead ones scattered around the place too. I was hoping I could control the situation, but this is getting ridiculous because I can’t even unpack yet due to the roaches being everywhere. Can I break my lease under Texas law or where do I find someone to talk to about this?
