Can't fix banding
My mother has a small business where she uses designs to prints things for people on stuff like t-shirts and certain clothes, mugs and tumblers also. Now I usually help her with the technical aspect of this.
So her printer, the Epson EcoTank L121 has been giving problems the past while that doesn't resolve. One main problem: Banding. Especially horizontal banding. She converted the printer into a sublimation printer by using sublimation ink. Worked while it did perfectly. Now she can't put designs on cosmetics with striped lines or a color missing.
I've tried head cleanings, head realignment, ink flushing, purge sheets, I emptied the waste ink tank/pads. One thing I should do is to reset the waste ink tank counter thingy.
Can someone please help me (and my mother) to get this printer working again? Or suggest other alternatives.
So basically: The black ink keeps printing horizontal bands. I've tried most solutions. Rest of the colors (CMY) work fine.
