Still waiting on a merch refund

Does anyone have any experience with pickup merch refunds? I ordered merch for pick up at the festival but they were sold out of the shirt I ordered when I went to pick it up. The guy said he could give me a refund. I still haven't gotten my refund. Is this normal? I know sometimes it takes a while for a refund to show up but it's been 2 weeks and I'm a bit worried since I don't have a reciept or anything showing that I didn't get it.

How to repair a puncture to interior vinyl "leather"

I got lazy and just tossed some surveying equipment into my car and didn't really look where it landed. When I opened the door I saw that the tripod legs dug into the "leather" of the door armrest and left a deep puncture. Is there any way I can fix this? What kind of service would I look for to fix this for me?
