Where do you actually go for reliable Peptide info before starting?

Been reading about BPC-157 for a shoulder injury for a couple weeks now and keep hitting the same wall, every source seems to disagree with the last, or is just repeating what another source said with no actual citation behind it.

Where do people here actually go for reliable info before starting something? Specifically trying to understand:
- Real usage patterns (not just "it works great" anecdotes)
- What to actually watch out for
- How people think about customizing dosage to their own situation, since most sources just give one generic number regardless of body weight, injury severity, or anything else that seems like it should matter
- Sources you'd trust vs. the ones that are just recycled blog content

Papers, wikis, specific users whose write-ups you rate. Genuinely don't know where to start filtering signal from noise here. Appreciate any pointers.
