Hi guys, im a developing medium and training to be a healer. For about a year now im seeing energy balls/orbs of all shapes and sizes.

They always drop from my cieling or the sky or float from above gently to me or bounce. They have clear or misty swirling moving energy and seem intelligent.

Sometimes I ask them to come to a particular place in the room or to my hand etc and they do. Sometimes I ask that they float above my head out of eye view.

I did this in the early stages to make sure not a visual floater etc, they go where my eyes strain or cannot reach or where I have to turn. So I know its not a visual issue and I feel abd see energy and colours also.

My question is I can only find info on creating energy balls with hands which I can do also.

Although I have direct communication with spirit and my guides im not getting a clear idea of what they are, or how to use them or if its angels or spirit or prana/energy etc

Any ideas? So to reiterate I do not create them then they float rather im drawn to look up or across the room where they appear then float or bounce to me. This can happen when outside also.

Hi, was wondering how to navigate the NHS UK with regards to my 15 year old daughter who has signs of insulin resistance/pcos and a family history of it.

We have tried healthy eating and exercise but no motivation and physically tired and sluggish all the time.

Took her to G.P to ask for tests and to raise my concerns bit got patronised , given different pills to manage her periods.

And Insulin resistance symptoms not checked and ignored. Weight taken and referred to healthy eating service (which she won't engage in and I already have the knowledge from my previous work)

Hi, was wondering if anyone has any idea why eveytime I contract sphincter muscles in derriere (sorry you know what I mean, the daily habit) I seem to have sudden chakra or energy feeling strong around my left side of head, then it leaves when finished. No energy surge up the body or in the sphincter area just head. I do feel third eye and energy around the head when connecting to spirit etc but no where else. But this is different, its like im involuntarily activating something! Thanks for reading
