Tesla Model Y with FSD for 1 h commute each way?

I live in Vancouver, WA and my employer is based in Hillsboro, OR. Recently we've been ordered to come into work 4 days a week (non-negotiable). Those of you from the Portland metro area might know what kind of a brutal commute this can be. Usually it's 45-60 min each way (even though its only 30 miles) - meaning the car drives in stop and go traffic most of the time. I have a RAV4 PHEV and while I love the car, the commute is exhausting and unbearable.

I now have two options - move to Oregon and bring all of my family income under purview of OR income tax and lose $45k a year or buy a Tesla with FSD and endure the commute albeit with much less stress.

Any of you who bought tesla with FSD for such long daily commutes - please feel free to share your perspectives. Did FSD reduce your overall mental stress? If so, by how much? Would FSD be a good usecase for such commute or are there any downsides that I am missing something here?

Looking for a dependable rheumatologist - Portland, OR

Hello all - looking for recommendations for a good, experienced rheumatologist in the Portland metro area (not in OHSU as insurance does not cover). I have a rare autoinflammatory disease called Adult Onset Still's disease and have been in the hospital several times this year. My current rheumatologist has been trying random treatments and appears to be behind the curve. Some of this can be attributed to her lack of experience with Still's disease as it is so rare. However, a major part of her appears to be her inability to make data-driven decisions and frequent vacations, which often leads to on-call doctors calling the shots on my treatment. I am looking to switch my doctor and would appreciate any recommendations. Would prefer someone who has dealt with Still's or SJIA before. Feel free to reach me via DM as well!

Looking for CPA recommendations familiar with US and Indian Taxation laws

Me and my wife are currently based in the US and are employed here. We see ourselves here for atleast next 10-15 years. Prior to coming to the US, my wife was working in India and has about 1.5 cr INR invested in mutual funds. We were not aware of punitive tax treatment of mutual funds in the US and thus are paying taxes on unrealized gain of indian mutual funds in the US.

We want to resolve this situation by selling the mutual funds, transferring them to our parents to avoid constant taxation or some other better alternative. Any recommendations for a good, dependable CA/CPA would be greatly appreciated.
