I am trying to cook a double batch of these boxed scalloped potatoes and they don’t seem to get tender. The instructions for a single box are to cook at 450 for 25 minutes. I expected a larger casserole with two boxes would require a bit more time. I’ve had them in over an hour and they are not tender yet! Has anyone else experienced this with this product?
