Nagkaka problem ba yung mga enforcers and cameras sa ganitong Tail Tidy?

Nag basa kase ako sa LTO guidelines and memorandums pero wala naman ako nakita anything about angle, nakita ko lang is:

- Plate Lights

- Unobstructed View

May trap ba akong pwede maencounter while running this plate set up? Nag ooverthink lang kase baka pag bintangan akong nag tatago ng plate since magkaka NCAP na tomorrow.

Edit: Hindi po ako bumabyahe kapag umuulan or umulan since lagi ako may dalang laptop.

Notice of deduction for Damaged Laptop

I got a notice of deduction for my damaged laptop, that got wet and damaged because I got stuck in a Highway gridlock traffic and a sudden heavy rain poured non stop. This happened last month and it was sunny when I left to go to the office, and I have a weather proof bag where I put my laptop, masyado lang talaga malakas yung ulan that time kaya nag leak sa zipper yung water and napunta sa laptop. So apparently that still counts as negligence(?)
