Hello there I live in the states I have started a case on some relatives in Pakistan who got me to sign a power of attorney to transfer my property over to them which I have done willingly they said they will pay me when they sell the property it was a verbal agreement but they haven't paid me anything they sold property to his son and haven't paid me anything now I have launched a case in Pakistan to see if I can get anything it's ongoing can I put a stay order on the property even though I'm not on the deeds anymore so they can't sell it and how long does it take to put a stay order on its located in rawalpindi
