How can a beginner practise speaking Finnish online?

I’m still a beginner in Finnish, but I’m thinking of starting to practise speaking while I continue learning.

I know I won’t understand everything or speak very well yet, but I think it could help me improve faster and get more comfortable using Finnish.

Do you know any good ways to practise speaking online? Maybe Discord groups, language-exchange apps, online lessons, or casual video/voice calls? I’d prefer something relaxed and beginner-friendly, where it’s okay to make mistakes.

How did you start practising speaking Finnish online?

C1/C2 Finnish speakers: If you started from absolute zero today, what would you do?

Moi! I'm just starting out with Finnish. I know the standard advice is to watch dubbed shows and use subtitles, but I want to hear from people who actually made it to fluency.
If you had to start over from scratch today, what would your daily routine look like?
I'm trying to figure out a realistic plan, especially for:
- Daily habits: what did you actually spend your time doing every day as a beginner?
- Vocab: I'm looking into frequency lists, but how did you make words stick so you could actually use them?
- Kielikahvila: should I start going immediately just to listen, or wait until I have some basic words down?
- Reading: is it worth picking up selkokirja right away, or should I strictly focus on listening and speaking first?
Would love to hear what actually worked for you guys. Advice from native speakers is also totally welcome! Kiitos!

Channels that offer Finnish-dubbed content

I’m looking for TV channels or streaming services that offer foreign (non‑Finnish) shows, movies, and cartoons dubbed into Finnish (suomeksi dubattu). Which platforms have a good selection of this kind of content? Thanks!
