Does anyone know who this man is?
He ran out into the middle of the road a couple streets behind Castro, and began aggressively yelling at my wife and other people in their cars while stopping traffic, calling them names and saying that he was going to sexually assault them and banging on their car. He then sped off his bike before police report was made
Police are looking for him beware
