Guys am very confused to buy a Neo or M4 for decent coding?

My requirements - X code, Flutter/dart & swift coding, VS code, 2 emulators and Antigravity. thats it alog with normal day to day things like watching YT or browsing chrome.

So shall i buy neo for this? can i run above required tools smoothly? a minor lag is very much okay for me! cause my current laptop (Hp windows) lags too much! and can't even run a emulator properly.

Main concern is as usual the pricing, the gap is huge, i can have Neo at 70k something but M4 is pricing around 130k to 150k 😿😿😿
