Is this grass St. Augustine?
I live in New England so I'm a bit confused. I have a huge patch of this in my front yard and it's the best looking grass in the lawn for most of the spring and summer. It turns brown first in the fall but is slowly out competing everything else.
If it is St. Aug, should I try to get rid of it? Or double down and just let it take over?
