Zushi beach after season

We plan to do a beach day the first weekend of September. Season closes August 31. I’m worried the beach will be construction zone taking down the beach bars. Is it worth it to still go without the beach bars open and out of season?

The Edit Property Credit

Looking at booking this IHG property and this is the first time I’m seeing the increased property credit. Does anyone have experience with this? Do the properties honor it? It would be a deciding factor on booking this stay.
