Why is Captain Limewire so difficult to play on a Mobile phone but not on a pc or Console?

So I was just playing As captain Limewire since when I First bought him also why does every time what ever I make a movement while I was Using Limelock and The Limewire ability and press the button it doesn’t work but the Only thing is that actually works is that I stand there and then press the button.
