Vocaloid 2 program, and miku v2

is there any downloads for v2 program, and all the miku v2 voicebanks there? it would be cool.

I'm new to yuri mangas, and i need recommendations.

Can someone recommend me some good mangas? Like something wholesome, with maybe like sad parts and stuff. I would be really happy if you do. (It's okay if it doesn't have an english version, japanese is fine too.)
