Europe business-related master’s recommendation (not MBA) for 30s

Sorry if this is not the right group, then I'll remove it.

I'm 31 yo with an MEng. I'm looking for a 1y master’s degree to supplement my MEng and then grow in management roles.

Any suggestions reddit?

Carte de résident UE rejected after 5 years

I got a job in France straight after my french master’s degree. Initially, I filed for "recherche d’emploi/création d’entreprise" card. But, the prefecture gave me instead a passeport talent card for 4 years.

4 years later, I filed a request for carte de résident de longue durée UE to renew my document. They rejected saying that I need to wait another year to qualify for the 5 years of residency. Instead, they gave me another passeport talent card.

Obviously, I retried a year later (so I fulfill the 5 years minimum), they rejected with no reason.

I feel being tricked by the french administration!

Now, I'll have to wait another 4 years to resubmit a file for carte de résident. It jeopardised my whole plan start a business and more.

Have you encountered the same experience?

What did you do ?

Edit: to be clear, below is my timeline Student visa -> asked for carte recherche d’emploi/création d’entreprise but received passeport talent card for 4 years -> asked for carte de résident 10 years but received another passeport talent card for 4 years and being said that I can reask in one year -> reask after one year and rejected.

Disclaimer: I have always been working on CDI, and my salary is above the threshold of passeport talent. I have more than 5 years of tax declaration at the moment of my last file for carte de résident.

Rejected INSEAD R1 '27D after interviews

Hi,

I applied, went to the last stage, then got rejected without any specific reason on the gap.

I am confused and a little bit disappointed.

My profile:

30 y.o

Citizen of Asia (not India or Singapore)

MEng in France

6 YoE in France (IT engineering -> project management -> business development)

Wanted to grow towards strat roles in Europe since I have no heavy business background.

Anybody had the same experience? Appreciate sharing of what could've not working.

Also interested in other alternatives than MBA given my age.
