Has anyone had varicocele embolization with a vein measuring 2.1 mm or less?

I have pain when standing, and the area becomes slightly swollen. I've seen two doctors, but the swelling wasn't present during either ultrasound, so the vein measured only 2.1 mm. One of the doctors said that a 2.1 mm vein is not big enough and it must be another thing...
My last post here I posted some pictures of it.

Has anyone had a similar experience? I see some guys here posting that theirs is 4 mm. I also don't think mine is that big.

How rare is right varicocele?

I already treated my left varicocele with embolization. I didn't have the right side treated because of technical difficulties during the procedure.

Since I still have pain on the right side, I consulted a surgeon about microsurgery. He said that a right-sided varicocele is quite rare and that my pain is probably caused by something else, and he wouldn't perform it. The vein diameter is only 2.2 mm, but my thinking is that if the vein is dysfunctional, the size may not matter.

After the left-side embolization, my left testicle felt firmer, and I noticed a slight increase in ejaculate volume (although it's still quite low overall).

I'm not sure whether the doctor who performed the left embolization would be willing to treat the right side as well.

Does anyone have experience with a similar situation or any insights?
