Resume length in 2026 — what’s your rule?

Curious where everyone stands:

  • Strict 1 page no matter what?
  • 1 page for <5–7 years experience, 2 pages after that?
  • As long as needed if the content is strong?
  • Something else?

Drop your experience level + preferred length + why.

Extra great if you share whether recruiters have ever commented on your length.

Korean Eevee Heroes Umbreon V looking sharp in a PSA 10

This Full Art Umbreon V from the Korean Eevee Heroes set is such a clean card.

The artwork and the PSA 10 slab make it really stand out.

Anyone else collecting Korean or Japanese Eevee Heroes cards?

What’s your favorite Umbreon (or Eeveelution) from that era?

Drop a photo if you’ve got one!

Stop naming your resume file “Resume_Final_v3(7).pdf”: what’s the worst file name you’ve seen (or used)?

We’ve all been there. Recruiters open dozens of files a day.

A clean “FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf” (or similar) just looks more professional.

What’s the most chaotic resume file name you’ve ever sent… or received?

One of the coolest Pikachu promos out there

This 2014 Japanese Mega Tokyo’s Pikachu in a PSA 10 is such a fun and unique card.

The artwork and the promo status make it stand out from the usual Base Set ones.

What’s your favorite Pikachu card (promo, full art, vintage, or modern)?

Drop a photo if you’ve got one you love!

What’s the one change that actually improved your resume response rate?

I’ve seen a lot of advice floating around (keywords, metrics, removing the objective, etc.) but I want real stories.

What’s the single tweak that made a noticeable difference for you: more callbacks, interviews, or recruiter replies?

Could be formatting, bullet style, summary, skills section, file name… anything. I’ll go first in the comments.

Looking forward to hearing what worked (and what didn’t).

The one card that started it all for so many of us

There’s just something special about the original Base Set Charizard Holo.

This PSA 10 is pure nostalgia and still one of the most iconic cards in the hobby.

What’s your all-time favorite Charizard (or the one you’re still chasing)?

Drop a photo if you’ve got one in your collection!

Do you still write cover letters in 2026, or is it a waste of time?

Honest question for the community.

Some people say cover letters are dead (especially with ATS and high application volume). Others swear that a short, tailored one still gets them interviews. What’s your actual experience?

  • Do you write them for every application?
  • Only for roles you really want?
  • Or skip them entirely?

Drop your results (even rough numbers like “sent 30 with CL, got X interviews”) if you’re willing. Curious what actually works right now.

My favorite binder page right now – what’s in yours?

Just flipping through my collection and this page always makes me smile.

A mix of powerful legendaries and some of the coolest full-art trainers I’ve pulled.

What does your current favorite binder page look like?

Drop a photo and tell us which card on it is your absolute favorite (and why)!

Looking forward to seeing everyone’s setups.
