Food poising what do I do
It’s been almost 24 hours. I’m so neuseaus I can’t ssleep or take naps. I threw up three times. Afraid to drink and eat. Drank pediañyte and water withoit throwing up but bad headache and I am dehydrated still. Can’t pee much with lots of cramps in my stomach and legs. Should I eat again
