Base question: Mounted same size?
I'm slowly putting together two warbands and got the new Victrix medieval mix set. I intend to include 1 ranged unit and 1 mounted knight in each band, and wasn't sure if I should cram the horse onto the same 25mm base everything else is on or if a 25x50mm would be fine.
Thematically it makes sense since a horse is a huge animal but I have 0 actual wargaming experience and thought it might screw up the A4-scale... I know the rules are new and changing but if anyone has a clue for "future-proofing" as much as possible.

TLDR: Should a mounted knight have a 25mm base, or a bigger 25x50mm base?
edit: thanks for the replies! I was using the dual purpose bases with magnet holes from WGA for the infantry so I’ll probably just go ahead and get the mounted version.
