New grado models

I'm curious about the new grado models that's came out and was curious how much they differ when compared to the X generation. I'm currently using the sr60x and was curious what the new sr60x/Sr80 are like.

Specifically I'm curious how the overall (don't know what words to use) sound graph/sound itself differs, can't find it anywhere online. As well as the instrument separation, is it a notable difference or just modest?

HD 505 feeling overly warm?

Recently got the HD 505, about 2 weeks ago, and I have been loving them! Though I recently started feeling they are really warm, and not sure if its in my head or not, I know they are meant to be fairly neutral and analytical sounding but was curious the general consensus on them. I am mostly using them with my IPad and a moon drop dawn pro, andon my PC with the dawn pro. I listen to mostly rock and punk music, The Dear Hunter, Dance Gavin Dance, Fall out boy, Epica, Itchy, zebrahead.

I am also curious if there are any earpads that may decrease that warmth in the low end. Though I feel like I'm nitpicking at this point.

Also I am coming from a pair of grado sr60x, that I swapped the earpads out on to a modded version of the original and some berdynamic pads, so maybe I'm just not used to low end since the grados are a bit lacking in that department.

Anyway any responses and or info are greatly appreciated!

New headphones

Hello, new to reddit and senheiser, but had a question. I recently got a pair of HD505 headphones for my birthday a few days ago and legitimately the first thing noticed was that the audio felt skewed to the left ear and I'm noticing it on almost every song I've listened too. So I'm curious as to if this is a potential common issue or if it is a weird fluke. I'm also curious if maybe it's related to the cable and want to ask a community that seems very versed in these headphones.

For context I am trying to upgrade from my grado sr60x that ive done some earpad mods to and was curious about the world of Sennheiser, but know I feel lost 😂
