Here are the first handful of pages of the US from one out of two books I came across (Standard World Stamp Album by H.E. Harris). I am a coin and currency guy. I don't mess with stamps!

I assume this is all junk and I really don't feel like sorting through every single page of a multiple hundred page book but suppose I will if I need to. Are there buyers out there that will just buy the books without me having to scan everything?
