Im ready for this to be over blew a .20 in SC sideswiped a car and open container charge. It’s been 10 1/2 months still haven’t gotten anything. Already completed ADSAP and MADD only thing I know is since the arrest is the officer has left the job.
Has been 4 pre-trials already.

What my lawyer recently said 6 months after arrest. I looked the officer up on Facebook but I know now like a month after he arrested me he left the state trooper organization.
What lawyer said: We are currently working on getting in contact with the arresting officer to see if we can get something worked out since you voluntarily completed the programs the court would have required of you.
What can I expect now??
Has been 6 months since I got my dui .20 bac accident with parked car and open container. There has been 3 pre trial before and my attorney went for me this next one I am required to show up. Since the accident I’ve done MADD and ADSAP and another course just for the heck of it. What is likely going to happen since I have to show?
Does being outside the car if there’s an accident that involves a dui actually help? Also there being multiple people outside when cops arrive with no witnesses of seeing a person drive and police confused about who the driver was.
