Toyota Grand Highlander delivery status: Vehicle at port, no ETA

Has anyone else experienced long delays with a Toyota Grand Highlander delivery?

I ordered mine a few months ago. It was supposed to arrive 10days ago, and I was previously told it was only 4 days away. Now the dealership says it’s sitting at the port with no ETA and it could take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month

Is this a normal Toyota delay, or should I be asking more questions? I’d appreciate hearing about your experience.

Initial Opt Premium Processing awaiting approval

Timeline:

Initial filing: April 27

Biometrics completed: May 19

Premium Processing upgraded: June 29

Job start date: July 27 (already passed)

I still haven’t received my approval, and my job has been on hold. I called the Premium Processing helpline and was able to speak with a representative. They took my information, but there has been no action or update since then.

Has anyone else experienced a similar delay with Premium Processing?

For those who left the firm how did you approach your job search?

To those who have already left or are in the process of leaving how did you actually find your next role? Curious how others navigated it. While still working and completely burned out, what helped you land something new?

Has anyone here used the Costco Auto Program around Philadelphia recently ?

I tried it and the max discount I’m getting is about $1,000. I’ve heard some people in other states getting $4K–$5K off, so just wanted to check what others in this area are seeing.

Trying to figure out if this is typical for our area or if I should be shopping around more.

I’ve been with the firm since November 2022, and I’m trying to understand how the performance bonus is actually determined.

In my first year, I received about half the bonus compared to the following two years. For the past two years, it’s been the same at around ~3%. My snapshots have always been good, and my utilization is around 90%. I was also on maternity leave for part of one year. I’m in PDM.

How much do snapshots, utilization, and overall ratings really influence the bonus
