i think he may be in the state of shock and denial as he is just going about his work like nothing happened. how should i approach this with him. he stinks like nothing i’ve witnessed before today.

i am in a very populate area aka new jersey near philly. there are two malls, each not in nj and an hour drive to each. i occasionally remember to try to get an appointment every few months and put in a request and do not hear back ... ?
