I've been doing this for a while and got tired of managing everything manually — spreadsheets, maps, notes, timers all open at once. Built myself a tool to handle it and figured others might find it useful too.

Looking for a handful of experienced shoppers to try it out and tell me honestly what works and what doesn't. Free to use for testers.

What it does:

• Plan your week's stops in advance and build daily routes
• GPS routing that sequences stops by drive time from your current location
• Automatically respects time windows so you're never at the wrong place at the wrong time
• Skip or switch stops mid-route and it re-routes on the fly
• Tracks reimbursable purchases separately so they don't count as income at tax time
• Saves notes per location (codes, phone numbers, etc.) that show up automatically next visit
• GPS mileage tracking while you drive — no odometer entry, calculates your deduction automatically
• Log expenses with receipt photos tagged to each route
