Got a 2 month old water cylinder and noticed one of the seismic restraints has come off last weekend. I've emailed them, but still no response. Have raised it multiple times; a previous issue was remedied soon, but radio silence now which concerns me.
The other fixings don't look very solid either, so I'm concerned what would happen in a quake. Furthermore, unsure if I can trust them to fix this properly?
What should I do; wait for them to fix it, or immediately call somebody else or the plumber's board like suggested in this topic?
Please help me and test my cozy version of Ship Battle
