Taylor sending crying videos of Ever demanding yo know if Dakota is with another girl?

Ok if this is true I’m truly disgusted. People in the comments asked why it wasn’t brought up in court but I wonder if it is because it has to do with Ever? And it would be more a custody thing?

Exercise Routine?

Hello my fellow hypermobile kings and queens! I’ve been a silent lurker in this thread for a few months now. it has been so helpful and reassuring being able to read of others that have such similar experiences as I have had throughout my life!

My question for you all today is what kinds of exercise routines are you able to do and be consistent with? Im looking to help alleviate instability in joints and just get stronger in general. Here’s the catch though, anytime I try to do the whole gym bro progressive overload weightlifting routine my body gets SO inflamed! Like I literally feel like a marshmallow. Does anyone else deal with this? Maybe I need to switch to doing three days lifting instead of 5-6? So I can allow my body longer rest/recovery periods? Everything I read says women need to lift weights to help maintain strong bones as we get older which I get. But I also don’t feel super stable lifting heavy and the inflammation I get in my body while weight training is almost unbearable. Thank you guys so much for your help and advice!
