LVN program requiring CNA despite me being a Medical Assistant?

A local LVN program in my town I’d like to apply to requires you to already be a CNA or currently enrolled in a CNA program in order to apply to their LVN program I am a Clinical Medical Assistant and I asked if that would suffice for the CNA requirement and they said no it would not, I am now asking if there is someone higher up I can contact in order to “petition” for them to accept it, I just feel like it should be accepted also because as a Medical Assistant I know how to do injections and blood draws which will come in handy and would be taught in the LVN program and CNA’s don’t do either of those so it makes no sense to me why they won’t take it, what do you guys think about this? Should I keep pushing for them to accept it? I would be a strong candidate for their program and school as it is a career training center so I’m sure they want good stats, I have two associates degrees and a 90 on my TEAS. Edit: I forgot to add the coordinator of the LVN program said she would pass me along to their compliance coordinator and that they would email me sometime next week.

Should I contact the DM about coming back or bad idea?

I worked for Starbucks two years ago, quit without my two weeks because I was going through something, done a lot of maturing and currently a Certified Trainer at Raising Canes and Barista at Dutch bros, Ive been trying to reapply here and there for the last two years but really want to focus on going back to Starbucks right now, went in person the other day had a great conversation with, not a manager but I think she was right below that, she really liked me and I think the conversation had went very very well, told her I would have open availability if hired looking for 30-40 hrs a week, wrote my contact info on a paper for her and then she said she would pass it along, that was over a week ago now and I have heard nothing, Ive also put in my applications again for all 8 stores in my area and nothing, I recently saw on this subreddit that Starbucks is no longer rehiring past partners? Idk how true that is but bottom line, I’ve found the DM’s linkedin with her contact info and debating if I want to contact her with my plea, or if that would just make her mad and get me no where, and if I should just follow up with the other store and call and ask to speak to the woman I did last week, however when I called that store before they got mad when I asked to speak to a manager and were like who’s asking?? I don’t know what to do at this point Starbucks was the best job I had in terms of it being fun and the benefits I received and the large amount of hours that could be offered for just part time so I wouldn’t have to work two jobs.

Can I get rehired?

Long story short 2 years ago in 2024 I worked at Starbucks and ended up quitting without giving my two weeks notice, I was younger and had stuff going on I know it was dumb,Ive been trying to reapply to like all
8 in my area ever since and have never heard anything back, I even texted my old manager but given, I heard nothing back as well.
I currently work at Raising canes and I am a certified trainer there and I also currently work at Dutch bros as well, I also have my food handlers and did work for starbucks in target last year.
I was thinking of printing out my resume on nice paper along with my food handlers and attach a little note with maybe a brief explanation of how I used to work for Starbucks and long to come back, And go drop those off in person at all of the locations in my town and ask to speak to a manager if there is one there, people like to talk down on starbucks and working there I know, and I do love the jobs I have now but starbucks still stays in the back of my mind no matter what job I have, also because the health insurance greatly helped me out, I also am addicted and basically go buy myself drinks every day. If anyone has advice or a similar situation that’d be great, Ive also thought of contacting the district manager because someone I know might still have her info.
