Question if the player count is so high for bo2 on ps5 why does it take forever to find people like whenever I play zombies online it takes me a bit to find people and on multi-player does anyone know why this is

so for context I went through the galactic core and now all the space stations ive travel to are gone does anyone have an idea why

How do you travel into a galactic core on ps5 im in a star system close to the core but im having trouble getting the prompt to warp to the core

Does anyone have any tips to get close to the center of the galaxy when 5000 light-years away from the core because im having trouble doing so
