Hey we were planning to come next week and planned to vist Kandy, Nuwara Elliya, Ella. can someone say what is the actual weather there right now? Have been reading a lot about the downpour.

23 — Arrive
24 — Go to Nuwara Elliya
25 — Stay at Nuwara Eliya
26–27 — Ella (Train From Nuwara Elliya)
28 — Udawalawe safari → south coast
29–30 — beach stay
30 — airport
I know end of may is not the best time to visit south but we can’t change the travel dates. Also, we’re not into surfing so we’ll maybe just unwind in a beach town. Kindly suggest, the base town for the south coast as well.
