Does anyone know how many personal days and sick days we have in NA for salaried NBU? I asked HR but never got an answer. If we take personal days, do we log it as vacation or lost time in the resource planning system?

Do you need to reach a certain salary band or role to get a company phone at CTC? Ford and GM give all employees company phones, but it seems to be different at Stellantis.
