It seems New Camaldoli Hermitage does not host weddings, but this 'music' seems to be coming from very near there, maybe on a ridge below?

I understand the "Minimum Delivery Charges" .. and even understand it's purpose. But, if i export more than import, shouldn't i still get some credits?
I have old negative balance on PGE from last year, but it keeps going down even tho:

edit: the chosen % finally stuck, just before 4pm
I moved the reserve to 80 for the morning
Now every time I change it to any lower % like 40
It soon jumps back to 80
My wife and my passports were set to expire in Nov. 2026.
I felt no need to renew too quickly, but... with all that is going on and, stories from Reddit...
It took weeks to get the proper picture for me... do not try at home LOL
My son, a digital arts teacher was up at our house, so i asked, and he did 20 min later, success!!
We did the online process, on 04/06/2026.
My wife got hers on April 17 !!! we weren't even looking for it.
Mine... Online I got no updates, and no emails.... Finally got mine today, May 1st.
Crazy, but like others have said, ours were 'sent' to different folks to process, and my wife's was ON IT.
Glad to not worry about the dumpster being on my passport!
