Rise of the Nobodies
Rise of the Nobodies is a custom fantasy play-by-post RPG ran through my discord about ordinary people becoming extraordinary through their choices.
Players begin as complete nobodies. There are no starting classes, no predetermined destinies, and no assumptions about who your character will become. Instead, your abilities, skills, and reputation are shaped entirely by what you do in the world.
Want to become a swordsman? Train with a blade.
Want to become a mage? Seek out magical knowledge.
Want to build a bank, establish a trade empire, or found your own town? The world is open to your ambition.
Characters earn experience through combat, exploration, roleplay, quest completion, and meaningful story progression. Advancement is organic, and every decision has consequences.
The world is persistent and reactive. Towns grow, economies change, relationships evolve, and your actions can reshape the setting in lasting ways.
Whether you dream of becoming a legendary warrior, a master thief, a powerful merchant, or a respected political leader, your story begins with nothing.
The only question is:
Who will you become when no one knows your name?
