I've had my Sovol SV06 Ace for a year now. I've put it through its paces and gone through 5 rolls of CF nylon with it. I had a Durozzle 0.4mm ruby nozzle on it when the first leak happened. I noticed it when bits of darker filament ended up in my lighter prints. After removing the heat sock, I found lots of melted plastic around the heater block, like in this picture. After cleaning it, I swapped back to the stock nozzle, even going so far as to clamp the heat block in a vise and tighten the nozzle with a socket alongside the heat break. After a few weeks of simple PLA prints, I had this leak happen. I've since replaced the hot end, but I would like to know what possibly caused it to prevent it with my new hot end.
