YO!

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing awesome! Quick question for you guys. Does anyone in Evansville play Kendama? Kendama is a Japanese skill toy that goes back centuries. It has gained popularity over the past 20 years in america to the point some people make careers out of it. It has three cups and a spike on it. The goal as a player is to get the ball into the three different cups, onto the spike etc. The possibilites are endless once you see pros doing it. There are already other groups in larger cities and i want to start a page, and a group to meet bi weekly/monthly/whatever so I can help grow the sport and bring people together! There isn't alot to do in evansville so im aiming to help change that even if in a very small way. If you've never tried it before its the perfect time to start! Its very affordable to get into and the friends and people you'll meet will be more than worth the cost! Let me know if any of you guys are interested, I will arrange meets, and have prizes for 1st place winners! Feel free to reach out to me. And above all have fun, and have an awesome day!!

Quick question for you awesome people

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing awesome! I've been playing kendama for about 2 weeks now, and dont see myself stopping or slowing down anytime soon. Im learning very well with online tutorials, but I've also heard having someone as a teacher would help greatly. That being said im reaching out to try and find either people to play kendama with or a teacher. Either one would be cool. I dont live in a big city so its a bit harder for me to find people who are into it. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

I may have messed up

I probably should have came here before ordering a new Kendama but here we are. I was really excited to get my first maple Kendama so i ordered the sweets broken bones one. But it said the cups are bigger on them and I dont really want to make it easier on myself. Is it a normal kendama that people normally use or did I mess up on this one?
