Is anyone here currently stuck in “Offer in Progress” with Qatar Duty Free / Qatar Airways recruitment?

I received a verbal offer for a position a while ago and was informed the formal offer would follow, but there has been a long delay and I haven’t received any response to follow-up emails yet.

For those who experienced something similar:

• How did you contact the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment team?

• Did they respond to emails or calls?

• How long did it take for you to receive the formal offer or onboarding update?
