Any moto parents got some tips out there? I recently started moto and we have 2 kids, they are 1 and 2 y/o. and we are getting tired of asking our parents to look after the kids while me and my gf go to the track.

So the question is, what have you guys done to take the kids with you and still have a relatively kid-stress free day?

My son already loves the dirt bike and he will get one in a year or to but rn thats not an option.

Hi, i ride a 2018 crf250r with an ohlins ttx flow 1794 rear shock and i cannot for the life of me figure out what spring rate i need.

I found a spring rate guide on bud racing that says i need a spring rate of 54 ( i weigh about 115kg) and on ohlins website i can only find a shock with the number 1894 and that guide says i need a spring rate of 60 for my weight. Any tips for figuring this spring rate out? Rn i run a 50 and i am bottoming out on most jumps i dont land absolutely perfect. Thanks in advance.
