Octapharma All Pointe ATM frees

I have been donating plasma and withdrawing the funds loaded on the ATM card without ATM fees for a couple years.

Today was my routine physical with them. The nurse gave me a new arm card and said they have to do it as part of the 6 month physical. I don't remember this happening before, but went with it.

I activated the new card and had to create a new account on the comdata app. I can see the money was transferred. So not worried about that. I just think it's weird.

The issue I am having is I decided to pull the money out of the all pointe ATM and it's trying to charge a $3.75 fee in addition to the bank fees.

Has anyone had this issue, I am hoping it's just a glitch ? The octa app doesn't show any info related to my available funds so I am hoping it will fix itself within 24 hours.

I hate using the debit card because I miss out on using my credit cards for purchases and the 2% to 5% cash back I get back on purchases.
