Can someone recommend a supplier that can deliver 3 yards of compost in the Morris County area (Morristown, specifically). This is for topdressing my lawn overseed. If you live in this area and you're planning a renovation or overseeding this fall, which local landscape suppliers do you use?
I'm in Northern NJ, and I overseeded with Black Beauty Ultra last fall. I have these patches of very thick grassy weeds. While they don't look terrible, I'm aiming for uniform cool season lawn. I'd appreciate the ID, recommended herbicide, any other insights y'all may have. Thanks.
Hi, me again. These little MFers popped up in my lawn and mulch beds. Mostly in the shaded areas. I would appreciate an ID and recommended selective herbicide. Location is Northern New Jersey.

I have a new weed in my lawn. It's lighter/neon green compared to my regular turf grass. It was easy to pull out and has a wispy thin lanky feel to it. I just noticed it recently here in northern NJ. If someone could help ID and recommend herbicide or remediation plan, I would appreciate.

Northern NJ. My lawn is a mix of cool season grass, most recently overseeded in Sept 2025 using Black Beauty Ultra. This particular weed has been showing up all over my lawn in recent weeks, although it's existed in smaller patches here in my lawn for several years now. During fall overseed I raked this weed aggressively which pulled it out, but it's back. Looking for weed ID and recommended remediation herbicides. Thanks in advance.
