I had everything lined up on the order page with the code in the field and all the details entered including the credit card details. As soon as it hit 9.00am I hit the apply button and the code was applied (MYEP1) and it showed the 50% off. However, it cleared the credit card field which I quickly re-entered and hit submit and it threw an error about not being able to apply the code which was already applied.

I called your support team and they tried to give me some nonsense to say that maybe the code did not apply when it clearly had. I even explained that it cleared the credit card details and that was the only thing I had to enter after the code was applied.

I am going to complain to the ASA
